Procedure for Extension of Visa

Application  forms are  available at C.P.R.C. Kapurthala (Click here for the forms ). Three sets of these forms are required to be submitted alongwith the following documents :-

a)   4 copies of  photograph.
b)   Photocopy of the Passport.
c)   Photocopy of the  Visa.
d)   Photocopy of passport showing date of arrival.
e)   Residential proof  (Ration Card, Voter
      card, Licence etc)who have taken surety.
f)    School/College certificate  signed by the competent 
      authority  (in case of student visa)
