Procedure for Pakistani/Bangladesh Nationals

The Pakistani nationals are required to be registered within 24 hours of arrival at CPRC Kapurthala. The Bangladesh nationals are required to be registered within 7 days of arrival at CPRC Kapurthala.  Application forms are  available at C.P.R.C. Kapurthala (Click here for the forms ). Three sets of these forms are required to be submitted alongwith the following documents :-

a)   4 copies of photograph.
b)   Photocopy of the Passport.
c)   Photocopy of the  Visa.
d)   Photocopy of showing date of arrival date in India
e)   Original Visa application form.
f)    Proof regarding the place where the PAK National is staying
g)   Original resident permit issued at checkpost.
